The Great Pyramid . . . of Tokyo

This sounds like some urban renewal project from the future. Japanese designers are planning a 3000ft tall pyramid to be built in the ocean off the coast of Tokyo. Inside this structure, the equivalent of twenty four 80-story buildings would hang from the pyramid's roof and they would be connected by a network of tubes. The height of this thing would be almost three times as tall as the World Trade Center Towers. Talk about a target for terrorists.
