Prepare While There's Still Time

The Zombie Survival Guide provides detailed instructions on how to survive a zombie attack--from a few stumbling, moaning attackers to a worldwide epidemic of zombie hordes.

Don't foolishly ignore the signs of an impending zombie threat. Prepare now before their ranks swell, and all chances of survival are gone!

Top 10 Lessons for Surviving a Zombie Attack

1. Organize before they rise!
2. They feel no fear, why should you?
3. Use your head: cut off theirs.
4. Blades don’t need reloading.
5. Ideal protection = tight clothes, short hair.
6. Get up the staircase, then destroy it.
7. Get out of the car, get onto the bike.
8. Keep moving, keep low, keep quiet, keep alert!
9. No place is safe, only safer.
10. The zombie may be gone, but the threat lives on.

I can't argue with that. In fact, I would only suggest this book as a mere supplement to the in-depth instruction provided by our old friend Charlton. I think the greatest thing that can be learned from Omega Man is this: when having a conversation with an imaginary car salesman, don't be afraid to call him a cheating S.O.B. and drive off through the storefront window.

I might feel a little uncomfortable with the "get out of the car and get on a bike" lesson.

Also, you may find some great tips in "Sean of the Dead".

I don't think anyone appreciates it as much as you and I. Fortunately, our friendship is made of stronger stuff then Heston's sweat.

Now--when are you going to rename your newborn son Charlton Heston Pope?

I'll have you know that three nights ago I dreamt of a zombie invasion. I woke up before I had to kill any of them though. I blame this dream on you, of course.

the fault lies with me. Were the zombies like the ones in 28 days later, or were they less "aggressive", shall we say?

the zombies were more subdued than those on 28 days later, though, just as ugly.

Marian, you would be better off with a book on Sasquatch Invasions.
